Project Objective

Conduct a vocational training program that would: –
•Promote community buy-in into Centum’s industrial city development project
•Impart employability skills to the youth in the area
•Establish a pool of skilled labour for the project development and beyond
•Reduce radicalization through engagement of the youth in the centre
•Promote genuine social impact
•Generate positive publicity for the county

Program Design & Structure

·Training was carried out at a local polytechnic close to the Vipingo development site.
·420 Hours (30% Theory & 70% Practical)
·150 Artisans
